Executive summary
Within its contract with Cacttus Education IBCM has delivered tailored capacity building packages, training, and coaching to owners of MSMEs in North Mitrovica. 9 participants in total have received training modules which were developed at three educational levels:
The pieces of training were developed and designed following the completion of a needs assessment of the trainees, conducted by IBCM within the first phase of the training. All participants have received an IBCM Certificate for successfully completing the training and exercises.
