Creativity & Innovation in Gastronomy
On April 28, 2025, ISM6 students had the opportunity to visit Pelasgian Restaurant in Mitrovica as part of their Creativity & Innovation course. The purpose of the visit was to explore how creativity and innovation shape the gastronomy and hospitality industries.
Students engaged in conversations with the restaurant’s owner and team, gaining practical insights into day-to-day operations and the creative strategies behind delivering exceptional culinary experiences. This experiential learning opportunity enriched their understanding of business innovation in real-world settings.
